fun cooking store finds

Over the holidays I received a gift certificate to the local cooking store. I decided to browse the store yesterday after work and I had the best time. I picked up some fun toys to play with:

- a new red apron

- a 12-inch cast iron skillet

- a new lunch bag for myself (which means I no longer have to steal Maddie's princess lunchbox)

- a new measuring cup

- a cookbook stand

I'm not sure what I'll make yet, but I can envision myself wearing my new red apron and flipping through the cookbook resting on the new book stand, while sauteeing up something fun in the cast iron skillet. I might even wear red heels while doing it.
